What we collect

If you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, work email address, optional phone number, company name, website, sector, budget range, timing and anything you choose to write in the message field.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to deliver the services you have asked for. We do not sell your data and we do not add enquirers to a marketing list without a separate, explicit opt-in.

How the form works

Enquiries submitted through this site are processed by a third-party form service, which passes the submission to us by email. Their own privacy terms apply to that transmission.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as there is a live commercial conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies by default. If analytics or advertising tags are added later, this notice will be updated and consent will be requested where required.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how we process it. Email us to make a request.
